I spent my career finding the root cause of broken processes. Then I pointed the same method at the job search.
I don't assume. I ask.
I spent years in operations solving problems where the obvious answer was almost never the real one. When something broke, the fix people reached for first was usually the fix for a symptom, and the actual cause sat one or two steps upstream, untouched. Finding that cause was the job.
Alongside that, quietly, I spent years helping friends and colleagues get unstuck in their careers. When I finished my Master Black Belt, it clicked. A job search is a process. The challenge is knowing whether you can fix the exact thing that is holding your job search back.
That is the whole idea behind this practice. Diagnose first. Then fix the right thing.
The diagnostic isn't something you buy from me. It's how I start with everyone. I'm not going to sell you a resume rewrite, an interview package, or a LinkedIn overhaul until I understand what is actually happening in your search. Sometimes the answer is the resume. Often it isn't.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Agile project management. Structured problem-solving, applied to careers rather than factories.
My husband Jeff spent years in recruiting and management. That view from the other side of the desk shapes how I coach.
I take a handful of clients at a time. You are a person I am thinking about, not a ticket in a queue, and I intend to keep it that way.
Researching your market, refining your plan, building the thing you'll need next. The work doesn't stop when the call ends.
Most career coaches open with a resume rewrite, because that's the product they sell. But if you're aiming at roles you were never going to win, or your LinkedIn never surfaces in a recruiter's search, or you're losing them in the first five minutes of the interview, a new resume just makes the same mistake in a nicer font.
I don't walk in with a checklist. I don't know what your problem is until I look at your situation, and I would rather tell you that honestly than pretend I already have the answer.
I can't promise you an offer. I can promise you'll leave knowing exactly what to change, and why.

Book a free twenty to thirty minute discovery call. We'll talk about where you are and where you're stuck. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you, and I'll point you somewhere better.
The discovery call is a conversation about fit, not a coaching session. No detailed analysis of your search happens on that call.
