A free discovery call
Twenty to thirty minutes. You tell me where you are and what you have tried. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help. If I can't, I'll point you toward someone or something that can. This is a conversation about fit, not a coaching session, and I won't analyze your search on this call.

The intake form
If we decide to work together, you fill out an intake form and upload what you have: your resume, a job posting or two you have applied to, your LinkedIn URL, and anything else that tells the story of your search so far. The more I have, the sharper the assessment.

The Employment Success Assessment
This is where I do the work you're actually paying for. I go through what you sent, ask the questions I need answered, and find what is genuinely costing you results. Sometimes it's the resume. Often it's something upstream of the resume that no amount of rewriting would have fixed.

Your Employment Success Blueprint
A written plan built from what the assessment turned up. What to change, in what order, and why each change matters. It is yours to keep, and it is specific to you, which means it will not look like anyone else's.

Reviews, strategy sessions, and thirty days of accountability support while you put it into practice. I keep working between our sessions, researching your market and refining the plan as we learn more.

A note on cost
I know what it feels like to be asked for money while you're out of work. That's part of why the price is public and the discovery call is free. If this isn't the right time financially, tell me on the call and I'll be straight with you about it rather than talk you into something.
